EPICTOUCH Offers Past Due Payment Plan

The Louisiana Public Service Commission terminated their “suspension of disconnection order” at their June 24, 2020 meeting. Due to the impact and financial stress that COVID-19 is causing our customers, Epictouch is temporarily offering our customers special payment arrangements for past due balances incurred through July 25, 2020. The arrangement consists of the customer being billed for their current services plus a levelized monthly installment to satisfy the past due balance. There will be no additional cost or fees related to the past due balance arrangement as long as customer complies with the arrangement.

Please contact our office at 318-352-0006 to speak to a customer service representative before August 10, 2020 for further details or to set up a payment plan.

To make a payment using our automated system, please call 1-844-886-9801; have your account number and credit card ready.  You may also visit our website at www.epictouch.com and select “Louisiana customer” at the bottom of the page.  Our lobby is temporarily closed, but we have provided a drop box for check payments.
