The Louisiana Public Service Commission terminated their “suspension of disconnection order” at their June 24, 2020 meeting. Due to the impact and financial stress that COVID-19 is causing our customers, Epictouch is temporarily offering our customers special payment arrangements for past due balances incurred through July 25, 2020. The arrangement consists of the customer being billed for their current services plus a levelized monthly installment to satisfy the past due balance. There will be no additional cost or fees related to the past due balance arrangement as long as customer complies with the arrangement.

You may also visit our website at www.epictouch.com and select “Louisiana customer” at the bottom of the page. Our lobby is temporarily closed, but we have provided a drop box for check payments.
